The J. Gray Contracting case study project focused on rebranding a contracting company. The project faced challenges like the client's limited design experience. It also faced tight deadlines due to their busy schedule. To tackle these challenges, I created visual aids. These included mood boards and mockups. These aids helped bridge the communication gap and clarify design preferences. A structured communication strategy with weekly check-ins was also implemented to accommodate the client's availability while maintaining project momentum. I also introduced a centralized feedback document. This organized and streamlined the revision process. It improved workflow efficiency and fostered a collaborative environment. As a result, the final deliverables not only aligned with the client’s vision but also exceeded their expectations.

I addressed this by transforming images in Adobe Photoshop and adding textures, overlays, and surreal elements. Balancing storytelling with an engaging layout was another hurdle. I overcame this challenge by using grid-based designs. I also used a typographic hierarchy to harmonize text and visuals. The final result was a visually stunning, immersive magazine that captured the essence of its narrative.
