As a hopeful environment artist, I couldn't look anywhere else for inspiration other than where my most favorite environments came from, which was Bioshock! This is my love letter to the game that truly started my obsession with world building and storytelling. All assets are created by myself in Maya and I used Substance Painter and textures.com to create the materials. This project ended up being a much bigger bite than I originally meant to chew off. My goal is to get into the video game industry so while I was creating this scene, I was also teaching myself as much as I could about the workflow in a game engine. Having all my renders completed in Unreal was my biggest goal and I'm proud that I made it to the finish line. This was such a fun final project and I can't wait to create more!
