The London Flats project was created as a challenge to convert the current London building in downtown Vancouver into a high-end residential building.  The whole brand for the company was designed to attract clients who want to be a part of history. The London Flats provides one-of-a-kind experience with Edwardian Commercial Neoclassicism décor. The building is cladded in Haddington Island stone with beautiful marble trim which sets itself apart from all condominium buildings around the city. Located in downtown Vancouver, The London flats is perfect for clients looking for Pied-a-Terre. A full new brand identity was designed for this residential building which included new logos, color pallet, brand typeface, advertisement, web design, Brochures, and folder with building plans.

This social awareness poster was designed to raise awareness of workplace bullying which is never talked about. Bullying is often associated with children in schools or parks. But bullying never stops after graduating high school.  Most people deal with bullying in a professional workplace environment as well. Employees suffer in silence from being bullying at work which can lead to mental health problems including eating disorders and self-harm. According to The Canada Safety Council, one person in six has been bullied and one in five has witnessed a co-worker being bullied. Workplace bullying often causes psychological harm than physical harm as it consists of repeated pattern of negative behavior aimed at a specific person or group. Rudeness, threats or intimidation, abuse of power, spreading rumors and gossip, making offensive jokes, excluding of isolating individuals, taking way work with cause, blocking requests for training are all causes of workplace bullying. This ad encourages people to wear pink to support anti bullying in workplace and raise awareness to the issue.  When designing this poster, an illustrative approach was taken to appeal to a larger target audience as workplace bullying does not have an age attached to it. Pink was the main color chosen which is known as anti-bullying color. These posters will be advertised at high traffic areas such as bus stops and mall locations where the target audience is most likely to see and read.
