Ramen Arashi was opened in 2017 by two Japanese immigrants looking to bring authentic ramen culture and flavors to Canada. Their recipes took the cities by storm, with a variety of options and flavors, Arashi becomes an icon and a must try location. Similar to many other franchises, Arashi is soon to expand further and need to strengthen their brand identity and quality as well as business plan to assure success as they go. While they have some branding, there is no specific target audience, and concrete identity yet. This campaign aims to establish a concrete target audience, brand identity, and an advertising plan for Ramen Arashi as they expand.
