This was a practice in rendering using 3DS MAX. We were given a floorplan, the goal was to model, materialize, light, and render a lobby design utilizing different daylight. I decided based on the two doors that this would be a lobby design for some kind of spa. With the intent that behind each door lead a path to different service types. Following the terrazzo floor path to the left leads to a set of services and following the wood slating on the dropped ceiling to the right leads to a different set of rooms for services.
