A two-story contemporary modern family home designed with the use of natural elements. The clients are a very active family who enjoy spending time outdoors, so bringing the outdoors into the home was very important. The home is located along Vancouver Coast, so the home has floor to ceiling windows on both the main and second level to enjoy the beautiful view. The exterior has stone veneer and dark walnut v-groove wooden cladding, completed with white dove exterior paint. The interior wall finishes are white dove for the main colour with beautiful nature wallpapers popped in here and there. The main flooring is a light oak to keep the home feeling light and airy. There is a stone fireplace snuggled in between vertical wood slat walls and light sage green built-in cabinetry. The home feels light, airy, and the outdoors is brought into every space.

Oasis Youth Center is an office building designed to provide a safe and fun environment for youth to engage in social and recreational activities while providing a fun place for employees to work at. This old building has been revitalized with pops of colours on most walls, fun and vibrant flooring and great spaces for the youth and the employees to be in. There is wooden elements added throughout the spaces to make them feel more serene and comforting and to tone down some of the vibrant colours. The building is almost split in half for the youth and for the employers. On the youth side, you will find a fun and bright computer area with a group hangout seating area that consists of a table with hanging swing chairs. There is also a gym, kitchen, separate washrooms, and another room dedicated just for group or individual hang outs. On the other side of the building, we have three different sizes of counselling rooms and the offices. All filled with colour and wooden elements.

Serenity Lakehouse is a relaxing Zen-like restaurant with a pinch of mood added to it. It is located along Okanagan Lake in Penticton, BC. It is a light and airy restaurant with floor to ceiling windows to optimize the view of the lake and the green parks that surround it. There is light LVP throughout the space to add to the light and airy feeling of being outdoors on the beach. The walls are finished with greige, grey and a dark blue to add mood to the space. There is light oak throughout with the finishes of the entry, bar, server station, washrooms, and main dinning furniture. There is a live wall surrounding the liquor display and other feature walls with hanging plants and mini gardens throughout to add to sense of being outdoors and the feeling of zen.

Timmins family home is a sustainable townhouse located just off Okanagan Lake in Penticton, BC. The townhouse has been transformed into a light and airy, function passive house. The client desired a home that was sustainable and more functional for their growing family. The family loves to be outdoors and has a deep love for greenery. The exterior consists of light Red Western cedar horizontal cladding, ledgestone veneer and White dove paint. The interior wall finishes chosen are soft muted tones of green, greiege, and white to elevate the airy feeling throughout the space. The flooring finishes are all 100% natural or locally sourced and made products to eliminate carbon footprint. The lighting and plumbing chosen are also sustainable friendly. There is a live wall on the entry level balcony that also acts as a privacy wall. There is ample plants and greenery placed throughout the space to decrease pollutants in the air. The home is equipped with a heat recovery system, solar panels, and casement windows.
