Andrew and Megan, newly empty nesters with a golden retriever have recently purchased 0.5 Acres of land just outside of High River, Alberta. They’ve asked me to help them design their dream home and bring it to life. Their dream home entails 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, with a carport that fits two luxury vehicles, a large kitchen and entertainment room for when they babysit their grand children. Most of all, they want a home that is modernized with no space wasted. Andrew and Megan both enjoy hiking with their children and grandchildren in Kananaskis Country whenever they get the opportunity, this making High River a perfect spot as it is roughly 30 minutes to the closest mountain setting!

April and Ryland have decided to build their dream home in Victoria, British Columbia to further support their growing family as April is pregnant with their second child. This location is only a short walk to the Beacon Hill park where they enjoy bringing their 6 year old son on a regular basis, and plan on bringing their soon to be newborn child when they’re older. With wanting to find a house that they can call home for a long period of time they have a few special requests, at least three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lots of closet space on the main floor, a heated garage with two big bay doors, and lots of windows so they can enjoy the sunset overlooking the ocean.
