We’re headed into fall and there’s a myriad of fashion shows and runway parties that anyone (with even the slightest interest in fashion) shouldn’t miss. The fashion industry is always two seasons ahead of the real world, so we are excited to see what riveting styles will debut for spring and summer 2020. Students, alumni, instructors, and prospective students should keep their eyes on the runway for the following events this fall:

New York Fashion Week – September 6-11, 2019

What will established designers, Anna Sui, Christian Siriano, Elie Tahari, and Michael Kors, bring out next? These upcoming designers will also be on our radars: Kim Shui, EDGII Australia, and DAMO WANG.

 

London Fashion Week – September 13-17, 2019

We’ll be eyeing the catwalk for Julien Macdonald’s latest work for this event.

 

Milan Fashion Week – September 17-23, 2019

The fashion capital of the world is bound to be full of good inspiration from the works of Anna Wintour and more! We’re anticipating another great show put on by major haute couture brands.

 

Paris Fashion Week – September 23 – October 1, 2019

We’ll be on the lookout for the new pieces that Balenciaga, Coco Chanel, and Louis Vuitton will reveal at the Femme Printemps/Été 2020 show.

 

Vancouver Fashion Week – October 7-13, 2019

Don’t miss our very own #VCADgrad Gundula Hirn, who will be showcasing her new designs at Vancouver Fashion Week this fall.
