In this minor world-building project for Game Design Conceptualization the main aim was to capture a cozy fantasy type of atmosphere, focusing on the use or warm and soft colors. One of the major goals of this project was to create a main “hero” character that would fit such atmosphere, focusing on simplicity, readability and recognizability. The main inspiration for the Hero character was a Ginkgo leaf, a typically yellow fan-shaped leaf. The main inspirations for the designs and the game concept itself are titles such as Hollow Knight, Legend of Zelda, Tunic and Chicory: A Colorful Tale.

Concept Illustration of a fictional ecosystem for a long-term world-building project. In these prairies the grass blue and precipitation levels are low. Due to the properties of the soil, the flora isn’t particularly diverse, with only grass and tall fungi grow successfully. In fact, most of the flora variety grows beneath or around these fungi.
