In Calgary’s fast-paced and competitive business landscape, investing in collaborative and flexible environments that foster an active engagement culture within the city is imperative. The city’s primary concern with traditional offices is the lack of these two environments, which severely limits the creativity and motivation of employees. Introducing the innovative concept of a Modern office approach, such as Coworking spaces, has proven to completely redefine the urban landscape, creating a more diverse, vibrant, and culturally rich community. In this project, I strongly emphasize the importance of establishing a supportive community within these spaces. My proposed flexible and economically viable alternative to traditional office spaces takes an open-plan layout to another level, advocating for an interactive environment and interlacing creative and green spaces within the working area and promoting a more dynamic interaction by significantly embracing new technologies, designs, and trends to boost productivity. Encouraging knowledge sharing and effectively catering to the evolving needs of Calgarians while addressing and mitigating potential challenges at this site location. This revolutionary approach will shape new commercial and residential developments, substantially supporting local businesses and creating ample employment opportunities.

This mixed-use high-rise building, located in the heart of downtown Calgary, embodies a bold fusion of futuristic and modern architectural styles, drawing inspiration from the visionary works of Zaha Hadid and Tadao Ando. The design features a striking glass curtain wall system that not only maximizes natural light but also creates a seamless connection between the interior and the urban landscape. The dynamic, curvilinear form of the building, combined with galvanized steel facades, creates an arresting visual appeal, giving the structure a sense of fluidity and movement. The building’s open layout is a testament to its minimalist philosophy, emphasizing space and functionality. Inside, luxurious finishes such as polished concrete floors, sleek wood paneling, and high-end fixtures create an atmosphere of refined elegance. The interiors are designed to reflect a balance between simplicity and sophistication, offering flexible spaces that cater to both work and living needs. Expansive windows provide breathtaking views of the Calgary skyline, integrating nature into the urban environment. This architectural masterpiece is not only a symbol of modern innovation but also a sustainable statement, incorporating advanced green technologies that ensure energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. The result is a stunning structure that redefines the urban landscape, offering an elevated experience for both residents and businesses in one of Calgary’s most dynamic areas.

Location : 510 Richards St. Vancouver, BC Commercial High-rise Located in the vibrant heart of downtown Vancouver, this commercial high-rise stands as a bold testament to futuristic and modern architecture. Drawing inspiration from the groundbreaking designs of Zaha Hadid and Frank Gehry, the building’s striking form features metallic glass blocks that are rotated 35 degrees, creating a dynamic, sculptural façade. The innovative mirrored glass curtain system enhances the building’s visual impact, reflecting the ever-changing urban landscape and creating a shimmering effect that captures the light and energy of the city.

Location : Rural Alberta, Canada Residential Nestled in the serene rural landscape of Alberta, this residential tiny home blends rustic charm with modern architectural principles, inspired by the organic designs of Frank Lloyd Wright. The structure is anchored by strong, board-form concrete walls that provide a timeless, earthy foundation, while the warm, natural tones of maple wood facades add a touch of sophistication and balance. The home’s simple yet striking exterior reflects a harmonious integration with its surroundings, showcasing a seamless connection between the built environment and nature.
