Mixed-use high rise located in Calgary's downtown west-end. This building gets its name from its mass timber skeleton and the incorporation of greenery. This project aims towards sustainability and creating a cleaner environment.

The Bow River Market is a commercial building located in Downtown Calgary, right along the Bow River. The concept of this project is to extend the river's walking trail through the site and connect it to the building's footprint. This will create a natural flow for the users of the trails, who don't have many options in the area if they were in need of a rest. The building would have restaurants and retail stores, and on the upper levels, offices and an event space.
