Although our programs will certainly give you the practical knowledge and hands-on training to take your artistry to the professional level, they also focus heavily on giving you the skills and experience to stand out in a competitive job market.
Whichever program you choose, you will receive extensive training on the tools, software, and techniques used in your industry. You will also develop a professional portfolio that shows employers you have the talent and vision they are looking for.
Your VCAD program won’t just prepare you for an exciting career in art and design, it will get you there faster. By eliminating irrelevant courses and reducing wait times between academic terms, we have made it possible for you to earn your diploma in just 48 to 72 weeks, depending on your program of choice.
VCAD graduates are some of the most employable professionals in creative industries. In 2018, 92% of VCAD graduates were employed directly in their field, upon graduation from their respective programs. From Vancouver Fashion Week to Christian Dior; Gener8 to Rainmaker Entertainment; and Crate & Barrel to Anthropologie, our grads have been featured or employed by several top companies and organizations in the country!
